Complete the Dispute Form

Begin by completing the Dispute Form, providing detailed information about your dispute, including any supporting evidence and outlining your ideal resolution or end goal. 

Review of your Dispute Form

After submitting your form, Complaints Compass will review your information and any supporting evidence within 48 - 72 hours. If your dispute is outside of our scope, we will notify you and refer you to a suitable organisation if possible.  

If your dispute is within our scope, we will invite you to book a consultation.

Book a consultation

If your dispute is within our scope, you will be invited to book a consultation with one of our expert consultants. The consultation will be tailored to the complexity of your dispute 

Document Drafting 

If you require a professionally drafted document such as a letter, email or form, this can be arranged with your consultant or a contact advisor. Our document drafting service ensures that your position is clearly articulated and tailored to your dispute.
